  2. Free Shipping – Budget-friendly EMS delivery (15-25 days after dispatch) for orders over £50

How long does delivery take?

After we process your order (1-2 business days), delivery times are:

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries! Unfortunately we can’t deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Check at checkout if we deliver to your location.

Will I need to pay customs fees?

For international orders outside the UK, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are government charges we can’t control or predict.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your returns policy?

We offer a 15-day returns window from when you receive your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Simply return the original item following our returns process, then place a new order for the correct size. This ensures you get the replacement as quickly as possible!

How long do refunds take?
