How to Return or Exchange

  1. Start Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Which items you’re returning/exchanging
    • Reason for return (helps us improve!)
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll email you a returns authorization within 1 business day with instructions.
  3. Pack It Up: Include all original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks must be unopened in original packaging.
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our York address using a tracked service (we recommend keeping proof of postage).
  5. Get Your Refund/Exchange: We’ll process within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • ⏱️ Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • 💳 Payment Method: Refunded to your original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
  • 📦 Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: International refunds may take 7-10 additional days to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

To keep all our little customers safe and hygienic, we cannot accept returns of:

  • ❌ Underwear and socks (unless unopened in original packaging)
  • ❌ Custom-made or personalised items
  • ❌ Items damaged by misuse or washing

Exchange Shipping

For size exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item via your original shipping method
  • Free exchanges for UK customers
  • International customers pay new shipping costs minus original return shipping
